your site. The value of the cookie is the referrer (where the
visitor came from). This cookie can then be retrieved for various
reasons, typically if the visitor makes a purchase or joins
your site, you can retrieve the cookie upon purchase. This helps
you to determine which referrers are actually sending you "quality"
traffic. |
