Cria uma nova imagem e digita o teu texto.
Nos Menus de cima escolhe:
Select > All Edit > Copy Layer > New Layer Edit > Paste
Apaga o layer com o texto.
Layer > Effects > Bevel and Emboss Style: Inner Bevel Angle: 135 Depth: 8 Blur: 13
Filter > Stylize > Emboss Angle: 135 Height: 10 Amount: 400%
Image > Adjust > Equalize
Filter > Render > Difference Clouds
Image > Adjust > Equalize (novamente)
Filter > Artistic> Plastic Wrap
Highlight: 15 Detail: 13 Smoothness: 15
